Anybody know beneficial ways to lose weight on olanzapine?

I personally changed my olanzapine to latuda but going to the gym, running outside, cycling and dieting are some ways.
I couldn´t manage not to gain weight on olanzapine. I can´t manage to lose weight on abilify.
I gained weight on olanzapine. I guess diet and exercise are the best ways to lose weight on that drug.
go for veggies and whole grains and exercise.
Calories burned > calories consumed.
This is the secret
The only time I lost weight on olanzapine is when I moved in with an ex gf. We cooked healthy meals and did lots of exercise (mostly running). I lost about 30 lbs in about 3 months. Once I moved out and back home, I reverted to old behaviors (eating late at night), gained back the 30 and then some. That was 15 years ago.
I’d say the change in environment made the difference. My ex made sure we ate healthy and we were motivated to exercise living alongside the beach.
yea you prob gonna have to exercise and see that you don’t eat too much.
