I’ve lost 10 pounds in the last three weeks. Not as much as I’d have hoped but it is progress. Admittedly one day I splurged and got a pizza for me and my mom.
Thanks for the encouragement! I haven’t been exercising aa much as I would like. It has mostly been from eating less. The first week I did exercise 4 times, the second week I walked teice and this week I’ve been lazy so far, just eating much less. Honestly, I just eat the meal given to us during the cognitive behavioral therapy program I’m in and that will be all I eat for the day. I mean it’s hospital food, I’d imagine it can’t be more than 2,000 calories.
Just did my 2nd 10 minute workout of the day. Man I’m tired.
Not enough days of rest and I didn’t eat any slices of wheat bread for energy culminated to my average performance on the treadmill this morning.
