Got two days done now. I worked out this morning and ate a healthy breakfast. Now I just need to drink my water and eat healthy lunch and dinner

I gave up trying to lose weight a long time ago. It’s impossible. My body shakes and I lose my temper. It’s the worst feeling I ever have. The only thing I can do is cut out my cookie and candy intake. I drink several gallons of water a day too. Raisens can satisfy a sweet tooth too.
I’ve lost a lot of weight through walking and replacing one meal with a shake daily.

I’m gonna try and not weigh myself everyday… it’s so hard to fight the urge
I think that’s a good idea… It can get exhausting and demoralising if weighing each day.
I will do it every week myself.

So even though the power is out, I’ve managed to eat healthy so far today, almost drank all my water and I’ve done stretches. Now I just need to exercise.
I am down 3 pounds in 2 days! I know I said I wasn’t gonna weigh myself but I couldn’t help it lol
I want to lose at least another 15 pounds in the remaining 5.5 weeks
