After I lift i get into a good mood then I crash could this have to do with the bipolar seems like everytime I try to work out it gets me up then down really considering just walking from now on any comments are welcome advice too
Maybe it’s adrenalin rush from heavy lifting. What goes up must come down
When I used to do heavy lifting, I relied on mostly anger and adrenaline to burn me through.
When I was mixed episode manic I’d workout for two hours just agitated and I wouldn’t even be tired then I’d sit in the sauna for as long as I could stand. That was after 8 hours of labor work too. The limitless agitated energy lol.
So I’m thinking it’s adrenalin and endorphins for you because it boosts your mood but then prob a couple hours after your workout you come back down. It’s not a bad thing. It gives you a break from the down moods
Yeah @LevelJ1 I had my share of mixed manic work outs it just the issue is im only working out 20 minutes n im not use to the new feelings of being on a ap and lifting and feeling anger again could be the testosterone too I think
