Low energy causes? (Discussion)

I’m not struggling with sleep atm, but I keep oversleeping. Maybe I go to bed at 11pm and wake at 11am, or sometimes 1pm. Should be 9am wake up.

The day after I lift heavy weights I tend to feel a bit exhausted.

Testosterone was in the low 300s last I checked.

Not on any APs atm.

I wish I had more energy to do things. I just feel lazy all the damn time.

The weather sucks. The other day it was cold but there was blue skies, and the Sun was out.

Less UV in Autumn & Winter. Less Vitamin D. I’m taking multivitamins every other day.

I heard heavy lifting makes people sleep a long time. I heard it was because the muscle fibres repair when you are asleep

I struggle with oversleeping in the fall and winter due to lack of sunlight and I can’t sleep in the late spring and summer. One of my pdoc’s diagnosed that (along with other symptoms) as seasonal affective disorder.

Mostly negative symptoms. I have them even when I am off meds and I drag tail 24/7. I don’t know if this will help, but I have found that the lack of energy is partly a delusion. I am okay once I get going and I can keep going well enough. It is getting moving that is the worst part.

Could be the thyroid. Get it tested, it may also be affecting testosterone.
