Since school ended 2-3 weeks ago, I’ve gained 8lbs!! My pants still fit but my belly is bigger. I went from a 1200-1300 calorie diet to 2200. I’ve been eating 1600 and drinking the rest, 3-4 beers a night. I don’t know what to do with myself to keep busy like I was during school semester. I study 2-3 hours a day for the nclex exam for nursing. I planted my garden. I look for jobs. But what to do with all the rest of the hours but lay on the couch and eat all day. I keep on thinking about exercising or at least going for a walk but am unable to make myself go. Its finally nice out to bike ride, I’ve been looking forward to it all spring. And with the drinking its out of anxiety and boredom. My sleep is all weird because of it, weird dreams and restless all night long. The house is a mess, my bf is a slob.
Avolition sucks! Don’t let it become a habit…
I’m ‘idle’, and I have to watch my calories. Get a calorie counting app maybe, like myfitnesspal.
