I want to go somewhere and actually do something. Past few weeks have really sucked and it feels like all I’ve been doing for a while is just work and sit at home then work more and just sit at home more. I’m getting antsy I just want to go. Somewhere that I don’t usually go. I dont know where there’s not much to do around here plus I don’t really have anybody that could come with.
I believe that it is great you want to be active. I enjoy activity as well. My daughter uses something she calls DTP therapy to help her as well as her meds. I wish you well…
What about joining a walking club? Or a bowling league? Or maybe visit a museum or go to a movie?

I decided to do some baking. Gave me an excuse to leave the house to get ingredients and then gave me something to do and a purpose. It helped.

Made some peanut butter cookies. I was also gonns make a berry cobbler but decided that I wanted to just eat the fruit instead so I didnt make that and have just been munching on berries.

I did the same thing when I worked. You need to get a friend. That is why you feel that way.
