Vraylar (soon cutting ablify)

My pdoc idea is to cut ablify forever, and be only on vraylar.

Strange though, but her idea after several months or a bit more it’s a time to be only on vraylar.

She said, vraylar takes a lots of time to reach it’s full effect… but I am a bit scared, though Idk if it will be as helpful for me as ablify. Ablify is a bit more effective.

I hope I won’t relapse only on vraylar  But I know, I know I shall trust my Pdoc.

I’m in same situation
My pdoc wants to switch me to Vraylar too from clozapine

It’s gonna be slow process, as we decrease clozapine, slowly increase Vraylar

Also, Vraylar is very similar to Abilify from what I have read

Same for me! Her idea is to reach the max dose of vraylar, then slowly decrease ablify.

We’re on the same road.

By the way, good luck.

Ablify helps for more diseases, it helps also for autism (but I know I probably do not have it). Vraylar is only effective for SZ and Bipolar. And it’s a bit less effective overall.

Doctors love prescribing Vraylar and of course Abilify.
Without getting into the dirty details, Vraylar wasn’t the right drug for me.

But without a doubt trust your doctor @anon8411913

Vraylar is one of the more safer APs out there

Good luck @anon8411913

I e heard that vraylar is not as effective as Abilify. I want to switch if my side effects don’t improve. It may not be strong enough to help me though
