Does any one have voices that sound like real people?
When I had them, some sounded real, and others sounded like AI with human personalities.

Whenever I did they all sounded like real people. Just whispering people sometimes. But last Time I heard them I identified them all as a 35-40 year old blonde woman.
I don’t hear voices regularly though. Only in episodes.
Yes mine sound like 100% percent real. Indistinguishable from a real person and intelligent too
Mine were all people i knew. Usually after getting off the phone or having an inperson conversation. Also, i work as a waitress and bartender and not so much anymore but i could go a whole shift listening to all of the customers comment on my life and stuff i read, watched or listened too. Crazy stuff.
Yes. I hear two voices, both related to visual hallucinations. One tells me to do positive things–it’s a child’s voice. One tells me to do negative things–it’s my step mother’s voice. (She abused me as a child).
I rarely get voices. But sometimes they sound like family members. One voice sticks out, and she does not sound like anyone i know, but i know its her when she talks. She has occurred on three different occasions. One time she called me a loser.
My voices were of people I knew so they sounded very real.
My voices sound like real people but they say things nobody would be rude enough to say in public so that’s how I know they’re not real.
Not only that but people I know or met before. It messes you up. I theorize that the disease took over the part of our memories of other people’s voices and uses them against us. Since it is a part of our brain why can’t it take almost human characteristics? Here’s another unusual belief. My voices were mad at me because of disturbing activity in my dreams and life and rebelled as a result. If all you look at is what you hear the possibilities are endless.

Does anyone else have realistic sounding voices?
they were multiple people too, kids and adults, plus one voice of God loudest scream ever.
The crowd, I call it. It sounds like I’m inside a noisy room full of people all talking, occasionally I pick up what they say, and it’s usually derogatory towards me.
The spirits always sounded ethereal, they didn’t confuse me that they weren’t human

Sometimes I hear my kids voices saying hi to me or asking me something but they are at their dad’s place. Sometimes I think it’s someone trying to trick me. But I’m alone. So I don’t really know what’s up with that.
