Voices saying benign or even positive things?

I never really had negative voices, they just talked about random stuff, sometimes telling funny jokes, and sometimes giving me good advice like reminding me to take my meds. Anybody experience something like this?

once, in hospital i had voices of the staff saying "you’re doing really well’ stuff like that.
This one occasion is the only time I remember having positive voices

my voices are sometimes the voice of reason and most of the time hold the moral high ground
