If I move my body or even type on my phone they try to control my movements.
They need to be tortured to death.
E.g I reached to scratch my head and heard through the scratch ‘don’t do that’

I have a severe hallucinations yesterday slept for straight 12 hours plus 6 hours after breakfast.
By which I got better. I went and spoke to a stranger yesterday and he said leave me alone. I spoke to him due to one of the delusion I carried along from a long time.
I had this where my voices controlled me like a robot. They made me dye my hair purple. They forced me to believe I have no freewill and that the whole world is deterministic. It really messed with my head.

Hang in there dude, don’t get violent it will just make things worse. Don’t want you to end up in jail. Just comply with them and build up trust so they will let you try another medication.
