Nah nanna boo boo we’re going to get you… Over and over and over it’s annoying as h*** but they are very faint. Ugh I don’t wanna go up on my meds and feel comatose again

Voices suck. The only advise I have is to not engage with them.
Hope things get better for you soon without upping your meds.

The voices always say disturbing things to me too so I went on the highest dose of my meds I would rather not hear them they really get to me
