hi, hello everyone. i was diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2020. it’s been 4 years. i feel like i have an idea of how and why this became of my health. i wish i knew how to reverse and prevent this health issue. i have had disgusting luck. i explored this forum years ago, 2020, maybe 2021? i was looking at some users daily vitamin regiments. it was interesting i think. it is so hard to move forward.

welcome to the forum,
early in recovery I found to be really hard without the right combo of meds for my illness, schizophrenia. I hope you work hard with your pdoc to get the right meds without the least bit side effects…this will whip you quicker than boo if you are on the wrong meds for your productivity as a person.
As far as vitamins go, ive been having collagen lately. Not sure if its doing anything but ive got it here so may as well use it haha.
I dont want to take all hope from you but in regards to Schizophrenia Niacine and other vitamin will mostly not do a DANG. So if you are psychotic then meet with a Shrink immidiatly and get some antipsychotics. The longer you wait the worse your condition will become. I take C vitamins because I rarly eat Greens. I take D vitamins because I don
t get enoght sunlight.
Don`t watch antipsychiatry on you tube cause Schizophrenia is much to servere in anyway to be compared with depression or anexity.
I think @everhopeful takes vitamins, he might be able to help.
There’s no natural cure for schizophrenia unfortunately. You just have to take medication.
I take some supplements too like broccoli sprout extract and L-theanine.
Most people are stuck with this ■■■■ for life and need medicine, sad to say
