Is this normal for us sz that is. Can you have visuals hallucinations with out hearing things?

Yes, I have that. But visuals are not more, 5 to 6 irl after Sz. Also I have images in my brain.
But sometimes when I have not proper sleep then some auditory happened.

Yes, when I was diagnosed at 15 years old my hallucinations were visual only. The third pdoc my mom took me to said that was not common for schizophrenia so he ordered tests to check me for a brain tumor and for eye floaters. When those tests came back negative he finally diagnosed me with schizophrenia.
My auditory hallucinations started around the age of 18 so now I have both.

I just know the other night when I had them it scared me worse than voices.
My visuals were the most terrifying experiences I ever had. Sorry you are going through this. As I have gotten older the visuals are not as scary anymore.
