ive never had any visual hallucinations how common is it among schizophrenics?
Its not common, I had shiny white spots hallucinations without meds.

Auditory hallucinations are the most common.

I had an acid trip like experience when psychotic before, where I could see trails of people auras and I could see the group of spirits who were guiding them.
Sounds benign but when your sat in front of a doctor and they’re yelling about how they’re going to torture and rape her when she dies, that gets a bit much and I had to tell her as I was scared for her life after death.
I also experienced the inability to see peoples faces and it made the crowds very scary as I could not recognise any one.

It was bad times.
Luckily my psychosis episodes get treated before they become a big problem now
