I have almost zero experience playing retail. I’ve watched people play it on YouTube and the huge damage numbers and infinite resource pools just make me feel like I’m watching a Diablo spinoff instead of WoW. It doesn’t look fun.
I plan on playing fresh all the way through Wrath to experience those first expansions though.
Our guild has been doing a saturday raid and a sunday raid for the last 5 months, and saturday just imploded. I’m worried people are gonna flood into our sunday raid lol. We’ll see. I still need one piece of bloodfang and a Drake Fang Talisman.
Even though I don’t have full bloodfang, I’m technically in BiS because BiS is only 3 bloodfang, 1 dagger skill gloves, and 4 dark mantle.

I guess kind of. There is a farming aspect to it but its a simpler game and you run a shop

I haven’t bought that yet, but it was on a good sale recently and I almost did. I have too many games I haven’t gotten to yet. It looks like a fantastic game though, and I love the first boss’s design to pieces.

Been playing wotlk on Warmane. It’s been super fun today. Awhile back cause of SZ my brain was deteriorating so bad I sucked at the game. Years later after doing better I’m getting my reflexes and IQ back it feels like.
My server is Alliance dominated partly cause of racial abilities in wotlk I think, so as a horde I been ganking all day 80s and lowbies. Gotta turn the tides haha

Dude that’s awesome! I am looking forward to experiencing TBC and Wrath on this character as they come out on Fresh. There’s a lot of cool rogue stuff that gets added like Mutilate, Shadowstep, Envenom, etc. I know because I played SoD and there were a few abilities from later expansions in it, that I got to try.

@agent101g Yeah it’s super fun, I like subtly. Way more abilities, wotlk feels faster paced than classic but not too fast paced like later game versions. It’s most people favorite from what I’ve read and heard.
Off to bed though but yeah, I enjoy reading your rogue posts. And it’s nice to know what’s happening on official

Hey np! I’m having fun because it’s all new to me, I quit vanilla and 2019 classic very early. Right now we are about to hit phase 5 and AQ20/AQ40. I want Death’s Sting, the 9% drop rate dagger from the final boss of AQ40. The other three rogues in our current roster are all swords, I’m praying it stays that way lol. I’m gonna double Soft Reserve it every week.
My most recent accomplishment was finishing the entire Darkmantle quest. The helm is part of my BiS. The final boss, Valthalak, was super hard and wiped our 10 man guild raid 3 times.

im playing neverwinter nights: enhanced edition for xbox, going to beat it in anticipation of neverwinter nights 2: enhanced edition, coming July 15th.
I’ve beaten the main campaign before but never shadows of undrentide or hordes of underdark. I’m in the peninsula district right now listening to all the escaped convicts riot lol.
