Today I had a short episode of hearing things/voices. It lasted briefly, like a couple hours, and I was “on edge” for a few hours after that. I’m fine now, though. Does anyone else get these mini-episodes? This is why I HATE going to the hospital (unless it’s completely necessary). My episodes are generally very short, yet they keep you for like a week at the hospital.

This happens to me too. I tend to go in and out of psychosis

Yes I get short episodes that are scary. I think they’re short because I’m medicated. Are you on meds?

I am not. I don’t know if I have “episodes” as much as I don’t notice every hallucination. It can range from just something I noticed to full on completely immersive. Most of the time, they are things that seem real that other people just don’t see / hear / feel (sometimes smell). They tend to only last for a moment to minutes. I don’t know if they have lasted hours but I have had multiple at once as well so they don’t necessarily isolate either. I will say that it can sometimes take days to get rid of the feelings that they leave me with as some of them can be quite graphic in nature.
Yeah I still get glitches
