i know how important it is to think positive but i keep being afraid that if i don’t concentrate on my problems they’ll get out of hand.

Just do as much as you can, not more. Everyone has their own tempo and ways, just find yours.
I think what you are doing is very good. It is good to notice the problems or else they may grow. If nothing is attempted to work on them.
Just you’re right imo, thinking positively that you can resolve things is cool too.
So am I. I’m just trying to take it one day at a time.
