Jokes on you i was depressed long before i became a vegetarian

Any time someone begins a sentence with the words “studies have shown” I immediately grow skeptical. So many of those studies are begun with an eye to prove something that is buzzing around inside the person doing the study that it’s hard to give much credence to any of them. These studies are made to support an agenda, and there are too many variables to get a straight answer. Don’t get me wrong. I like meat too, but I don’t need someone with a PHD to tell me I’m going to become depressed if I don’t get it.

I’d feel sad too if I couldn’t have a KFC.

I eat mostly vegetarian. I think vegetarians have a sensitivity that can lead to depression. It’s also depressing to know how animals are treated when you deeply care.
