Yes, I was court ordered to take invega shot while I was in hospital and while I was there I was court ordered to stay longer( they could only hold you so many days without a hearing).
I have. I don’t know about what’s done in other countries.
I had a hearing with a Public Defender and went to the State Hospital. I was in the hospital a month.
I can’t remember how long I was in hospital that time but I think it was over a month.
It was something like September 12th, but I remember exactly I got out October 20, 2008.
Good memory. Mine was like 2017 or 2018. lol I cant remember but it was during Christmas and New Years holiday.

I know. They sent me a bill even though I was court ordered.
Yeah, me too. Funny how that works isn’t it? Force treatment, then charge your for it
My court order was back in around 1991 or 1992. I was so depressed that I literally physically collapsed in the pdoc’s office. It scared him to death. He told me so, and I could see it in his eyes.
It sounds pretty bad. Thanks SkinnyMe.
No I have been pressured to once, and went voluntarily as an adult. I stayed for four days and it seems to have helped me at the time. I am not med-resistant or resistant to treatment. But I do not like the idea of someone forcing me to be compliant, I think that would be hard for me and make me more resistant to treatment. I have had bad experiences with the coercion of treatment, and I dont think long-term it always is the best solution. My mom is regressing now and I dont know what to think about that and she keeps bringing up the torture she experienced in the hospital.
By court no, just police like arrested me and forced to sign papers to be admitted. This is hows done in my country without court
Thanks @Newlyborn @anon69073975. In my case my mom filed petitions with the court to first put me out of her house, then second have me involuntarily admitted to the State Hospital.
Wo whats your future? Being homeless? What have you done to your mother? My mom starts crying after i tell her i want to live in a care home
My mom went into a nursing home the summer of 2010 and died February 2018. My only family now is my sister whose married and has two kids. I’m living alone now. My sister lives about a 1000 miles 1610km away.
Do you get enough to go through a month? What is your daily routine?
In the USA there is government funded low-income housing where they take 30% of your disability check whatever amount it is. If you’re income is low enough you can get food stamps for food. I don’t qualify for food stamps because my disability check is to high.
Lucky you, sometimes i wish i wouldnt have born in low income country
