So through the use of nicotine gum, lozenges and spray I have successfully gotten off the vape. And importantly I don’t really crave the vape at all.
Thing is I now have a nicotine gum habit. I tell myself I will come off that in time but I think I have exhausted my willpower for now so will stick on the gum over the next while.
At least gum and that dont carry much health risk. Your lungs would be thanking you.
Im also on nic gum lately. Its crazy. If you are on 4mg gum for a bit. Have one not long before having a smoke or vape, the effect of the smoke or vape isn’t even any better than the gum. Also a good trick is to to take moments every now and again of breathing air deeply into your lungs through your mouth like you would if you were smoking.
