And it’s going very well. I use a fresh piece of nicotine gum around every 2 hours.
The nicotine in a piece of gum get absorbed in about 20 minutes of chewing so the rest of the time chewing the gum is a welcome distraction.
Have only had 8 puffs of my vape so far today.
Man I hope this change sticks

That’s great to hear. My best friend is trying to quit vaping, and he’s also using nicotine gum pouches. He really likes it and it helps him cut down on the number of hits he takes. He really only does it now with other friend’s vapes.
Glad to hear its helping you, too. Honestly, vaping and smoking is like the hardest thing to quit. He’s trying to quit because he wants to become a cop.

It’s good to hear someone else is using gum to cut down on vapes.
Not sure if it’s based on fact or not but am not sure if vaping is risk free. Tbh I have no idea or not

I just got back on the nic gum and quit cigarettes again this morning. Its not too hard for me as long as ive got some form of nictoine flowing through my veins. My gf is ahead of me. She was using gum for a while and the other day she quit it. She was pretty kranky for a couple days but now shes back to normal without any nic. I really hope to do the same soon. Ive struggled with the addiction since i was 12 years old. Im now 29. I want to be off it completely by 30.
