They’re going to start me on chemo after I get my eyes checked. I just have to schedule it.
Ok I’m rooting for you compadre
I’m sorry you need chemo.
I wish you the best! Stay strong!
You hang in there. They’ll take care of you.
Thanks @FreeLunch @Zwaynopolous @Speedy ! The dr said I should be feeling a lot better after about 3 months.
I wish you good health.
Thanks @GrayBear
It’ll be nothing compared to your MMA background
Oh chemo. That sounds serious, I wish you well.
Do you have cancer @LilyoftheValley?
I wish you the best
Love n best wishes to you.
No. I have 2 conditions: my bladder is 100% precancerous with a high likelihood of becoming cancer, and an autoimmune disease that steroids didn’t treat. The chemo will most likely help with both.
Good luck @LilyoftheValley, will be keeping you in my thoughts
I wish you well.
Thanks @Schztuna @Umbrella @Zoe @SacredNeigh7
@FreeLunch Thanks. I’ve been dealing with these issues for a while now. I’m hoping like he said, I’ll be feeling better within 3 months
Do you feel comfortable sharing the type of autoimmune disease you have?
I hope your chemo goes well.
Good luck @LilyoftheValley
Sounds like a plan
They’re still trying to pinpoint it @HollyHobby . It attacks my joints, connective tissue and the white matter in my brain. They’re still running tests. My labs are very abnormal.
I don’t produce the protein that you excrete when you have MS, and it doesn’t attack the myelin sheath around my brain and spine like ms does.
So even though it attacks my brain, it’s not MS, because it’s attacking my actual brain matter rather than the sheath around my brain.
It’s also not lupus. It’s most likely not rheumatoid arthritis either.
My dr says there are many conditions that can cause all this. He says he believes we’ll eventually pinpoint it.
Thank you for sharing. I hope they can pinpoint a diagnosis soon.
Thanks @HollyHobby
