Update on Mom

So, Mom had a psychotic break back in like April. Was involuntarily hospitalized for a bit longer than a month, mid-July. She’s still floridly psychotic, but was transferred to a locked assisted living facility. She’s been there since the end of August, I think.

She’s been sick since 1995, but she has never had insight. Yet has always been great at hiding exactly what’s going on in her head. Until now. We know everything. Like how she, a 53 y/o woman, is pregnant with Jesus’ triplets.

Anyway, always had to walk on eggshells around her. You could never mention mental illness around her. Now she’s getting help… kinda… we are losing hope that she’ll ever improve. More than 2 decades without help …

There are lots and lots of other details, but I don’t really wanna go into it. But yeah…
