your therapist is not out to get you…that is the sz talking…
it is paranoia…we all feel like this at some time.
maybe find a new therapist you feel comfortable with.
know someone cares.

from experience if you have a negative feeling about someone …avoid them…it sounds like you maybe became a little dependent on her.
i don’t do meds…so can’t help there.
but you can put another topic up asking, as most others on here are on meds and are wiser than me.
