Hello. I can answer some questions about trust levels. Trust level 2 is the level that grants full access to the forum. That is the level virtually all members stay at for the rest of their time. There might be one or two outliers who reach trust level 3 without being made a moderator, but they are exceptions to the rule. Everyone else stays at trust level 2. We do not manually bump anyone up past that.
