I think only the mods can up their membership level if I remember correctly.

Affiliate to a political party and let them brainwash you. Then you need to start attracting other people irl and online. Try to attend as many meetings as possible. Allways smile. Never contradict the leaders, or otherwise you will look bad.
As everything in life you need a lot of time beeing a subordinate. And you need some killer instict to climb as well.

You can move your trust level up to level 3 without moderator action by your activities on the forum. But I think level 4 is only possible with moderator doing the changes. So, it is pretty much only reserved for former mods and the like.
I think there is only one person with trust level 3 on this server gained by his own postings, however. It is very diffictult to climb beyond trust level 2.

I was wrong. It looks like there are like 3 non moderator or discourse staff that have level 3. Still, very difficult to get.
lol. Now I’m not sure what you are talking about. Are you talking about the “leader” trust level on this forum? Or something else?
