Uh oh! My poor daughter has a 104F (40C) fever and

She’s crying from her body pain! We’re going to take her to the hospital

To add to the drama I’m on meds that suppress the immune system. Not good!

My husband wanted to try to break the fever before going to the hospital. We gave her Tylenol and cold compresses. If she’s not better in 20 minutes we’re going

Hope she will be okay.

Her fever is down a bit. She’s out of the danger zone. My husband is going to be monitoring her throughout the night.

Sorry, @LilyoftheValley . If she has any risk factors for severe Covid, get maybe try and get Paxlovid.

I always get it.

We’re contacting her dr in the morning.

Hopefully she gets it and responds well to it

I can’t take it because it gives me an irregular heartbeat so hopefully she doesn’t have that issue

Sorry to hear that @LilyoftheValley I pray everything works out. Please be safe yourself as well. I hope you’ve already built up an immunity to it
