That’s high enough, mine too was like that from covid19. At 39.4C you should go to the hospital from what I read. Hopefully its not covid19.

When my psychiatric care provider wanted me to get tested for covid-19, my temperature was like 99.6. I think it was the body and muscle aches that caused them to want that.

Does he have a headache or coughing? For me at first it was just fever and headaches for 3 days then coughing started.

Just a headache. No cough, no other symptoms

Tylenol reduces fever, I took 6/day for 2 days when I had covid19. Don’t take more than what’s written on the bottle.
