55 wpm, 4 errors, 51 adjusted speed

That was kind of fun. Might try it again. There’s a point where you can just start typing almost automatically, but it’s kind of hard to do without making mistakes.

I type 42 WPM (according to the test). I don’t type correctly either. I am a ‘pecker’ and I look at the keys. I have just been pecking a long time, apparently. My high school daughter types about 70wpm self taught, icorrectly without looking at the keys.

68 WPM with 97% accuracy. I used to be much faster in high school and college though.

I’m super slow typing on smart phones though. I have to use a full sized keyboard to have decent type speed.

It said mine was an average speed. That’s what it feels like too.

I’m still on two fingers so very slow although have been taught to type (sort of) basic training anyway.

got a 54 with a whopping 18 mistakes… 36 words per minute here.

I type faster when I don’t have to read something else… but that’s probably universal.

my wife types on her smart phone with two thumbs. She’s crazy fast at it. I’m still a one thumb typer on my phone.

I almost type correctly 3 fingers and my thumb on the right hand middle and pinky on the left don’t have to look at the keyboard minimal spelling errors 50 wpm… not bad for horrible posture and typing style…

I used to be a lot faster. I’m a lot faster when I’m free typing and not trying to follow a paragraph.

Maybe not a lot faster. 60 wpm typing from my head and not the paragraph.

I’ll try it on my computer when i get home. In 8th grade i typed about 80wpm. Probably slower now.
