People are advised not to try this without medical advice.

Looks good. If I don’t eat often enough I feel the diabetes and sugar craving rise. I have an apple or an orange and it seems to work, but I find it a trigger to get a small meal prepared and eaten quickly.
I have cut out all sugar except what I have in fruit for over a year now, but would be very interested in trying this diet, if I could find the right practitioner to monitor me.

When my mom and hubby (both type 2 diabetic, controlled through diet/exercise only) don’t eat for a couple of hours, their blood sugar drops dangerously low.
