If you’re getting paid every two weeks that is.

  • If the first paycheck of the year is early in January (e.g., on January 3rd), then January and August will be three-paycheck months.

  • If the first paycheck of the year is later in January (e.g., on January 10th), then May and October will be three-paycheck months.
