Turmeric helps treat Anxiety, Depression

I’ve been using Turmeric, adding it to my food and noticed a boost in mood.
Lower levels of Anxiety and Depression.

I’ve heard it was good for you, so I picked up some in the summer,
but I haven’t found anything to put it on… yet.

Yeah it’s a superfood!
Add it to your sauces, I even sometimes add some to my coffee.
It really has a mild taste.

I actually add it to everything!

I don’t add black pepper to my coffee but Turmeric works better when you add black pepper to it.
It’s a synergistic effect.

Black pepper in my coffee?
