I’ve been eating wholemeal and healthier breads. Gawd. I miss me some nice bread or some garlic bread. Still. It’s worth changing some things to feel better and I’m getting fitter!

Bread is not as unhealthy as most people think.
I’m on a special diet but I couldn’t give up eating bread.
Depends on the type of bread.
High fiber varieties are ideal.
Whole grain and rye bread is what I consume.
They tend to be healthier than plain old white bread.
Suggest having it less often or bundling it with something healthy. Have half a slice of toast and half a plate of sliced banana or cucumber instead?
Yea… I know the feeling… Had to get myself a tiger loaf today. Bread is truly addictive.
