I used to love it, but developing coeliac disease prevents me from eating it any longer.

And coeliac bread just doesn’t cut it.

I like whole wheat bread. I dont like white bread – especially that squishy white bread that seems to be 90% air.

I’ve been buying a loaf of bread and freezing half of it.

Yeah i freeze mine as well. A loaf will last me 3 weeks - so i freeze it and just take a few slices out beforehand. Not big on sandwiches. Im normally munching sausages rolls - the kind you bake for half an hour lol.

Shona likes her poached eggs on toast tho - when she comes round for breakfast, so ive been buying extra lately.

I love bread. Of course I would love white bread the most. Of course. Cause its pure sugar. Oh, woe is me!

I dig a good crusty bread and some herbed olive oil to dip it in.

I buy unsweetened Italian bread. It’s really good and doesn’t contain refined sugars.

I always put the whole loaf of bread immediately in the freezer. That way it’s as fresh as the day it was bought. Then a couple of slices straight out of the freezer and into the toaster when I make a sandwich.
