True sexual freedom

True sexual freedom includes the right to say “no” just as much as it includes the right to say “yes”. The type of sexuality in which a person wants to live is entirely an individual choice.

Good advice. I’ve always found it difficult to say No to sex. I need to get comfortable saying no.

Well, it’s give and take. You have to take your partners needs into account too. What I hate is the way the scuttlebutt goes around, putting the burden of expectation onto people who don’t necessarily want to have sex.

Im largely asexual but I try to keep my partner’s needs in mind. However I agree that you need to be able to say no as well as yes.
