@Ale

I read that vitamin E is good for lowering prolactin

Just keep in mind that zinc can accumulate over time. You might not have trouble initially, but just keep it in mind.

Signs of too much zinc include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and headaches.

I’m dropping down to 50mg with help of glycine.
Glycine itself doesn’t completely take intrusives away or over 4grams makes me sleepy

Now I’m on invega 234mg, 5 htp 100mg, abilify 5mg, glycine 3 grams and zinc 90mg today. All for to beat these ocd voices.
Just waiting if I hear something.
Feel pretty good now, but not hypomanic.

Maybe I’ll order some wheat bran for betaine if the positives come

ā€œIf you have methylation issues, Betaine can help spare your choline. I noticed that if I stopped Betaine I get a kind of anhedonia depression. I was able to trace that back to my impaired methylation chewing up choline.ā€

i also found this:

" The present study evaluated the anti-psychotic effects of spirulina supplement and its effects on biomarkers related to schizophrenia. The results revealed that spirulina possesses therapeutic and preventive effects against various symptoms of schizophrenia."

i dont know why but spirulina is also a dark leafy green like spinach. its an algae.

Spirulina platensis reduces the schizophrenic-like symptoms in rat model by restoring altered APO-E and RTN-4 protein expression in prefrontal cortex - ScienceDirect.

Ate bunch of wheat bread to test anhedonia

Quinoa would be the gluten free choice for anhedonia

Took two tablespoons of wheat germ. Feeling calm and less anhedonic, but I’m going to wait more on that.
My mission is to beat the boredom out of invega so hopefully food betaine may be the solution.

Edit:There’s definitely difference in taking food betaine and tmg.
I’m starting to feel emotions on wheat germ

I wouldn’t recommend taking wheat bran or germ too much. It can kind of get you into psychosis like state.
Luckily I have glycine to take down any possible psychosis

Wonder how good is this

@Green is your adhedonia better with wheat bran?

I have difficulty to have interest in playing games, watch movies or do hobbies.
Yesterday was good with 4 tablespoons of wheat germ, but I had 2.5mg of abilify also.
Today I’m going to try without abilify since it gives positives.

Vitamin E might be the answer for anhedonia.
Wheat germ has it

The recommended daily amount of vitamin E for adults is 15 milligrams a day .

Wheat germ 30 g (1/4 cup) 5mg of vitamin e would equal 90 grams of wheat germ

I’m just going to order wheat germ oil for vitamin e since it has 20mg of it in tablespoon
