Please ignore the betaine HCL and betaine anhydrous links above.

Trimethylglycine - Wikipedia.

The supplement the research is talking about is TMG

I found this quote on ebay about TMG:

“TMG increases bodily levels of S-Adenosyl Methionine (SAMe) or active folate molecules, making it a methyl donor. In doing this TMG helps to stimulate the production of several brain chemicals which could help you feel more energised, mood and general wellbeing enhanced as well as increasing alertness, concentration, and visual clarity.”

I would too, but the psych has an iron grip on my life and he won’t let me take supplements.

Would you mind expanding on why that is (can PM me if you want)

I’m super tempted to try it lol. But almost seems like “miracle cure” zone (ie seems too good to be real).
Tempted to ask a friend of mine who’s now a doctor what he thinks
Thanks so much for sharing this info btw.

Yes, I will. It’ll be a while before I get it though as I’m importing it from the USA and I’m in Europe.

I’d be glad if my neurons started to dance

We think that, there is no animal model of sz ,the matter is just a dancing with words to imprint a false facts in the minds of the readers !
in reality, the animal must be used only to test the effect of medication on the biochemistry of the brain (the biological health ) before using the medication by human being -no more
( Mainly,if you do not know what is sz is in itself , how to made the sz in animal or else )
If the sz is just a Behavior Symptoms as you think and nothing else ?

You said" …most of which encode motor proteins that move materials throughout the cells"

In reality, the problem is the knowledge material which transmitted by the transmitter exposed to ideological change after all receptors received all the transmitters messages ( the cognitive material is protected and coded in the transmitter structure )

it means, the cognitive material ( the massage of meaning/data/ ideas/the mental concept )is not the chemical materials themselves that move throughout the brain cells !!

It sounds like a interesting supplement.

I tried similar supplements that work on neurons in the brain, like GABA and Tryphtophan. Gaba made me more relaxed, but triggered involuntary movement. Tryptophan helped me sleep, but spawned symptoms of relapse. They clash with the olanzapine.

I might try this one too though at some point, although I might not be able to use them as it’s in the same category as the above, but you never know.
