Maybe vaginal spasms? Do you have pcos or other gynecological conditions that cause it?
I would ask for a referral to an OBGYN.

@whirling-leaves I no longer have a uterus or ovaries. I had many female problems from 10 years old on until my 30s when it all got removed.

id check it with a doctor but, its normal to have nocturnal sexual events. its part of the bodies normal maintenance and doesn’t have to be accompanied by sexual dreams. I know this is a fact with males and i think it is with females too. The body has to maintain the sexual systems.

I can see where you’re coming from with that being a difficult topic to bring up with a nurse or doctor, It can be difficult when having a mental illness can feel like others will dismiss you, I think you should ask a doctor though because it could be possible health issue that can be resolved.
