Yeah, I feel fatigued all the time…

I get fatigued from time to time, but nothing compared to what I experienced when living in Essex. There I’d have bout of feeling so utterly drained I would go to bed.

I have the excessive drinking of fluids (psychogenic polydipsia) and my sodium levels drop too low due to salt loss through urine. When I get my sodium levels back to normal my fatigue largely goes away, but returns when the sodium levels drop again. Fatigue is a symptom of low sodium.

I’m tired 90% of the time and my dad calls me lazy.

I’m often fatigued. I have it from fibromyalgia, but I definitely notice that my current mental state affects it, too. Like if I’m not doing too great, mentally, I have a much harder time doing anything productive.

I wish they could do something about my fatigue :frowning: its pretty bad and there is no known treatments. They just advise rest, R&R :frowning: thing is that i don’t do that much so idk why i get it

Same here. Low sodium even i eat salty foods constantly.

Besides that it’s a pity the whole article is in French, i would like to hear what they suggest people with sz should do. I’m having a constant battle against fatigue.

Makes sense why I sleep so much and never feel rested.

The meds sucks - they don’t give us restful sleep. That’s probably why. My theory is that when dopamine is blocked you don’t get that deep sleep.

I started getting fatigued 7 years ago when I was 54. I don’t know how I’m able to work.

Im fatigued most of the time. If i wasnt i would probably get a lot more done in life

Pretty sure the fatigue is the meds, i feel lazy on meds but more energetic off meds.
These scientist never seem to want to test the elephant in the room, the antipsychotics, and always attribute all negetive problems to the illness.

All I know is that I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired. Three decades of this now.

Been off APs for two months now. Just as exhausted now as I was then.

How’s that going?

Mostly good. Majority of stress comes from being understaffed at work.

The word my daughter uses most to describe work is ‘manic’ Due to staff shortages she sometimes has to do hands on care work on top of being local branch manager.

Yeah so ive been off since may, takes more then 2 months to feel better

It took a while for my family to learn I wasn’t being lazy. They had to educate themselves on SZA.

I was always so exhausted until I started Geodon. Now I don’t take naps and only sleep 7-8 hours a night generally. I had to take it twice a day — once in the morning and once at night - to eliminate naps.
