Chronic fatigue syndrome / fibromyalgia

I think that in addition to have schizophrenia I could have this syndrome, because I can’t absolutely work out or do efforts… and I’m always tired, and if I’m not tired I get tired so easily and I need to sit down or even lay down.

I know a few persons from here that with severe negative/cognitive symptoms are able to work out hard…

I hope some antipsychotics can help with this like for example Vraylar… Turning up my energu levels…

:relieved:

I have a relative with this. It really sucks. There is usually a lot of unexplained pain.

Not much in the way of treatment though.

If you’ve been cleared by your Dr., the best way to overcome being tired is to do the opposite of what you think.
Instead of laying down, get up and move around.
The more active you are, the less tired you’ll be.

Yeah, and here I still sit, theory makes a great critic, practice, a master.

My mom suffered from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Unfortunately, a lot of doctors deny these syndromes even exist and don’t even recognize these as legitimate illnesses.
Much like scientists who deny global warming is real.

I know… Also there are others that recognize them and people can get a disability. Maybe is luck …
