I feel so sleepy and dozing off every morning. Not willing to wake up until there is no time to get ready for office. Even if i keep alarm i don’t recognize it. I want to get up early and do something. But it seems a daunting task and negative outcomes creeping. Any advice or is it okay to be like this.
I set three different devices with alarms. I take my pills when I wake and my brain has big problems if I take them late.
What time do you go to bed? Have you tried going to bed earlier?
Keep regular. Take the pills same time everyday. Set an alarm and get out of bed same time everyday. It helps. It’s hard to fight that sedation but it’s worth it. I get up at 4 am usually and walk 11,500 steps before breakfast. I just do that everyday give or take.
You can find alarm clocks that are louder than usual. Then try the oldest trick in the book and put your alarm clock across the room away from you so that you have to get out of bed to shut it off.
I go to bed at 12 am and that is optimum because i come to home around 10:30 pm. I wake up at 9 am.

I would love to walk a lot maybe get early and do some walking. I am taking only 1 medicine that is oleanz plus, does it cause so much sedation.
I’ve gone from sleeping 10 hours a day to around 8 or less. All I added was regular exercise. I already have taken my meds same time everyday. It really can make a difference.
Maybe you can reduce the dosage of your meds?
I am in the least dosage now. Oleanz plus 1 tablet per day, nothing else.
Exercise is one thing that i would like to be good at. My mood swings are spoiling it actually.
