Maybe replace some of the caffeinated coffees with decaf. Some decaf brands taste pretty good, like good imitations.
I used to get the jitters from drinking coffee…i only drink two cups per pot of coffee I make twice a day….four cups would probably affect me.

I found I did ok on one cup. I’m totally caffeine free and have been for at least a and a half now. I’m looking for something good that I can drink whenever I want it. Maybe herbal tea, or decaf coffee.

I have one cup a day. Its just right for me but I think i would be fine without it.

I understand. I’m addicted to caffeine also. I generally have between 200mg - 500mg a day through various sources, mainly pre-workout before the gym. But I have caffeine spread out throughout the day.
I used to drink a lot of coffee like 4 cups but know I only have 1 mug full with almond milk.
I drink with unsweetened vanilla almond milk in mine. But I drink 4-5 a day spaced out not all at once. I do use liquid Splenda to sweeten it. I use to do heavy cream, but I’m trying to lower cholesterol so I switched to almond milk.
