I really really really don’t want to go to socialize tomorrow. 
Please help.
Because of anxiety and paranoia, I don’t want to go and have to park my car at night in the busy neighborhood of the city.

I totally get this, had a few times I didn’t want to go to a class or family events… it will probably go better than you think…

So to keep you updated I did end up going. It wasn’t easy by any means. It took its toll. I am pretty sure I’m glad I went though, as hard as it was. Maybe next time it will be easier.
