Today's workout

Squat 5 5 5 5 5 x 35kg

Bench 5 5 5 5 5 x 32kg

Barbell Row 5 5 5 2 5 30kg

Today’s workour felt quite easy, apart from the squat and barbell rows. I’ve been having some issues with form for the squat and barbell row. I’m still doing the 5x5 programme and the guide is a bit confusing at times. I’ve booked in a session with one of the gym staff to show me proper form for the squat and BR .

For the barbell row, you really gotta stick your rear end out.

Like sitting back almost. The form is the bottom movement of a romanian deadlift.

Hey man, gym personal trainers usually don’t know ■■■■.

If they can help you great, but otherwisebest thing is to watch a lot of tutorials and try to implement some cues, slowly but steadily.
