Actually, I probably should have done it yesterday
but it might be thawed if you do it today

We already did our Thanksgiving thang last month, but I’m thinking turkey may not be a bad thing anyhow. Picked up a couple on sale after the holiday and tucked them away in one of the freezers.
yeah, but I guess it can cause depression
I love it though, with gravy and mashed potatoes
Phil had to get the biggest turkey, darn him
but I’ll look up other ways to use your leftovers
I just don’t eat sliced turkey breast from the grocery store. Too bland for me to have, but if I could make a whole turkey I’d probably eat it. But prefer chicken. Well there’s nothing like turkey on thanksgiving. I don’t think it’s the same the other days.
I’m not sure they sell it all year
but I could be wrong.
we don’t do it at Christmas
my mom does dips and cheese and crackers and veggies
and I do homemade soup on Christmas day.
You can make a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, but with turkey instead of beef! Turkey soup! Hot (open-faced) turkey sandwiches. Turkey panzerotti! Lots of ways.
Edit: Forgot about turkey and bacon carbonara.
The first one sounds good. Not a huge fan of turkey Soup
wouldn’t hurt me to eat some bread
I rarely do
but lots of crackers.
Poor turkey, her name was gazelda
You are what you eat!
(I’m so sorry, but there’s no way I could have lived with myself if I passed that one up.)
I get your humor! hehe.
@Jonnybegood if you buy your own turkey you can stuff the cavity with onion, garlic, salt, carrots, and celery and the flavor absorbs into the meat. It’s so good that way!
Thanks for the reminder. I just took mine out.
