This year I bought two turkey breasts instead of a whole turkey because no one here likes dark meat anyway. I usually give it away or make a turkey salad out of it, no one but me will eat it. Then last night my neighbor sent over a whole turkey that someone had given her and she can’t use it. I can use that turkey for Christmas and it will save me $35. I guess I will have plenty of turkey salad after Christmas. What a blessing, right? The more I think of it, the more blessings I see - I guess my new medicine is starting to work. I can feel the depression lifting a little more each day, just in time for turkey lol.

I usually just cook the turkey breast because its just my husband and I some years.
Its awesome, not near the prep and you don’t have to find somewhere to store a giant ass turkey,
Love it,
Never going back to whole turkey,
If I want dark meat, I’ll buy turkey legs.

how long do you cook the breasts usually?
I don’t remember,
I feel like its a little different every time.
But I usually use the instructions and it works out well,
Never had one dry or undercooked.
