Journaling is a great idea. I think it was the most important thing that I did right after taking my meds 
 on my road to the recovery phase.

@everhopeful thanks, I checked the government website for Vraylar and Rexulti insurance coverage, both are classified as exception coverage meaning the pdoc needs to send the gov a request, I was denied for Vraylar but for Rexulti can’t remember but I went to the pharmacy and they told me they denied to cover it. They sent me a letter saying I don’t have a good reason to try these meds and if I need other meds I can try Quetiapine and Geodon which I didn’t try. They said I don’t have sz symptoms and I am stable on risperidone so they denied. Pdoc won’t prescribe Geodon he says its not effective and very short half life. I was on low dose Quetiapine 100mg with 15mg Zyprexa I was still fully psychotic. I guess I can try higher dose Quetiapine but its not a partial agonist. Maybe I can send another request for Rexulti, idk if i am allowed I will ask my dr

Thats a typical ap, idk my dr never suggested a typical before. Honestly I want a partial agonist like Vraylar as they block less dopamine but studies say they’re less effective against sz. I feel more stable on risperidone than on Abilify, Abilify is a partial agonist.
