The last one is the one I have to tell myself over and over again
My family said I was ‘bulletproof’ in my belief system when I was psychotic. But still, try to remember this advice.
And feel free to add your own tips.
My doctors told me I’d make a great mentor for younger people with schizophrenia because of my life experience…etc.

What is wrong with trying to be a hero?
Smile.
Sing.
Love.

Additional advice: Never order the house dressing.
