After i increased olanzapine i’m feeling better, but it can’t “kill” the strange attacks of compulsive thoughts telling me to commit suicide and other stuff i know i wont’t do.
It’s like a chaos of intrusive, “loud” thoughts, partly just sentences, homemade swearing, and a internal voice telling me gruesome things.
Well, anyhow I’m over it now. But I know it comes back next time I am fatigued.
It took several months before mine died down on meds. I still get them every once in awhile.
Yeah OCD is brutal.

Mine is pure-O. I used to have checking compulsions or more traditional OCD stuff but I got rid of them. Still stuck with the pure-O part.
I don’t quite know about it, I’m only glad when it passes.

When I used to have OCD it was so exhausting. I’m sorry you are experiencing ths randomly.

Yes, it’s called Pure-O, and it’s basically obsessing over stuff with minor to no compulsions like @Mars and @Wave mentioned.
I think it’s because there are no visible or physical compulsions. It’s still OCD though at the end of the day.

Also worth mentioning that sometimes OCD can be worsened by APs. Geodon does for me. Getting off that med is hard though so I just put up with it.
I just realized that I fought with O. Problem this two weeks…
